Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with attention to detail. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please Note: We currently ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you’ll love every Essence Vault product as much as we do, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be straightforward while maintaining the integrity of our luxury products.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact
- Include the original packaging and any accessories
- Be requested within 15 days of delivery (verified by tracking)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following opened personal care products:
- Beard Oils
- Men’s Aftershaves
- Women’s Perfumes
These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, and are still in their original sealed condition.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that items are unopened in original packaging
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Clearly mark this number on your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely pack your item in its original packaging and ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification once processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund timing may vary by financial institution
- PayPal payments will be credited back to your PayPal account
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your request
- Once approved, we’ll ship your new item
- Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
